Without Stanek the pigs are nothing. LSU will destroy them tomorrow.
A few things the pigs should keep in mind:
- The overall series- LSU has twice as many wins as the pigs.
- If by some miracle the pigs win tomorrow they are still behind LSU in the SECw.
- Pigs have zero CWS titles, LSU has 6.
Hate LSU all you want but the bottom line is we own your sorry arse in baseball.
Good luck tomorrow, you will need it. All the pigs did today was piss off the bats. Stanek won't be there to save you.

That's great and all, but I hate when people say this. The game tomorrow has nothing to do with what LSU did in the past. The game tomorrow is about winning the series to stay at the top of the polls and eventually lock up a regional and super in hopes of getting to and winning the CWS. It has nothing to do with what either team has done in the past.

I agree with you. But when it comes to message board taunting, each side is just trying to wound the other. The poster bragging about our 6 cws titles will disallow that logic when arguing football with Alabama fans.

I wouldn't say today's game will determine where we finish up in the post season its one series losing a series to a top 10 team won't ruin your chances at getting a top seed. This is how I see it, if LSU wins the west we get a top 8 seed, if LSU finishes 2nd in the west but wins the tourney we get a top 8 seed, if lsu finishes 2nd in the west but doesn't have a great tourney its a toss up for an 8 seed.
LSU has a 3 game lead in the west (it will still take alot for arky to catch us)
LSU has a 4 game lead over bama in the west and it should increase next weekend (I hope)
everyone else is 5+ games behind us.
LSU won't finish lower then 2nd in the west and probably not lower then 3rd in the SEC, assuming we don't go on a slump and lose the rest of our games which won't happen.
based on where we are currently LSU has a very good shot at a top 8 seed, we don't have to win today to keep that goal in our sights. stay ahead of Arkansas and I think we got a lock at a top 8 seed.
so its not a huge deal if we loose this game today but a win would still be nice.
