Mingo has 4.5 speed and is as skinny as a rail. sure he is an excellent pass rusher but does not need to be playing on the defensive line. This guy could play at any linebacker position and needs to help fill the void of Kelvin shep.

O line and DT are my main concerns

Linebackers and D lineman.

Baker will be our best returning LB. He lost about 12lbs during his injury from camp and it affected him a good deal not getting reps also. Francios is someone I'm very nervous about. Minter will be considered a first year starter and I am very nervous about that. He is kinda small and didn't look very fast. Barrow will give us quality play time once we get him under control. On D line, freak should not start but he should play and I think he will give us quality play. Montgomery prob won't play until week 4 of season with the injury he has. So we need some bodies at DE. Mingo does need to play OLB.

Don't forget we are losing our kicker as well. Do we have a reliable backup?

Leadership, particularly on defense. I think Ridley can be that leader on offense. Kelvin Shepherd is as good as we've ever had as a leader on defense IMHO.
Can't let another Alem type situation emerge in that regard.
