Worse baylor team in a decade.

*worst

They also went 1-11 in 2017 so that team was probably worse.

How dare you!!!!!! Aranda is the greatest thing to ever happen to Baton Rouge. Who cares that he gave up a shite ton of points last year?!

Kidding, he sucks

Aranda had run his course as DC at LSU. With great talent... we got lit up by Texas, Florida, Bama, Ole Miss... and gave up 38 points to Vandy. Burrow and the offense won all of those games

Careful. You're criticizing the genius. This board won't like you for it. Never mind your criticism is completely fair.

LSU's defense regressed last year and only played up to its potential in the last five games of the year. But people continue act like Aranda split the atom.

Just because they made a terrible hire in Pelini does not mean it wasn't time for a departure from Aranda. You could have made the argument in mid-2017 that it was a mistake to hire Orgeron and that would not have meant that it was a mistake to let Miles go. Events can be mutually exclusive.

Are you talking about our current DC or our former DC?

UL didn't whup Iowa State, they had like three non-offensive touchdowns. Cajuns are a good team, but that game was kinda fluky

UL had a punt AND a kickoff returned for TDs. Iowa State led every statistical category except for turnovers (-2) and passing yards (which were about even). ISU wins that game 9/10 times

I never saw the guy as being a person that came across as a successful head coaching candidate. He seemed too mellow, laid back, and a bit eccentric?

Iowa St. is a pretty solid program in that conference regardless if the Cajuns got to them.

I don't understand the point of this thread. His success at Baylor does not equate to what he did or would still do at LSU.

Now this is understandable. Perhaps this is the point of the thread.

LSU lost to Moo State and Missouri following a National Championship season. Put that in perspective.

Let Baylor fire him. We would gladly welcome him home.

Dude is not a head coach. He’ll be an NFL DC when the Baylor experiment fails.
