I don't see it posted, but James Cregg this morning said Dave Aranda and his entire staff went up to Seattle to meet with Pete Carroll and his staff. I'd be interested in knowing what they take out of that.
He also said Carroll asked them to bring Jerry Sullivan along so he's up there consulting Seattle.

Carroll has been running his base defense since USC days. 4-3 under with plenty elements of a 3-4.
In copycat NFL, Seattle's defensive scheme keeps spreading

But, but Coach O is a bum! I don't think the haters fully understand how much respect the coaches that he coached under have for him! Will he be the next great coach here, who knows but what I do know is I will give him the benefit of the doubt until that time is not needed any longer!

I bet Seattle is trying to get an early jump on gilmore and LaCouture in the early free agent market
Probably gonna try an steal Etling in the 7th round as well. That Pete Carroll is one smart cookie

It can't hurt particarly scheming with a db, S in particular, strong roster. Those versatile S that do it all are the modern defense and we always seem to have some

Pete Carroll is going to come up with a sure fire defense to stop Saban and his new QB?

Saban thinks highly of Bobby Williams. Want him to be the HC of your favorite team?
