I am tired of his play it close and try to win it late philosophy. He even tries to save Fournette for the 4th quarter. I completely disagree with playing this conservative. I'd rather try to score early and often with your best players... I'd also prefer a team that has enough skill and confidence to overcome possible interceptions.. Not afraid to throw an int or two.. Still be able to trust and throw for multiple TDs if needed

Yeah they need to get over the old days of LSU and being afraid what happens to other programs.. Those programs have large rival schools to compete with recruiting in state. The talent of Louisiana football since 1999 has been phenomenal and will continue to do so.. And LSU is established enough to still maintain the majority of this top tier talent.
I've always been for miles staying and afraid a new hire would be bad news.. But I kind of am not as concerned after seeing just how hard headed Miles has become. LSU could truly be something special.

He has had a great tenure at LSU but does anyone feel like it's time to move on.
I think he would leave for the following reasons:
1) Demanding fan base at LSU.
2) Don’t have to coach against Saban in the same sub-division, a sure loss with his run-oriented coaching philosophy.
4) A chance to go back to coach at his alma mater where his Big 10 offensive schemes may work.

YES YES YES again!
That man lost my support when he held us fricking hostage for the fricking Arkansas job! His friend is the AD there and they all conspired for Les to make more money with this stupid fricking buyout bullshite.
All you clowns talking about how LSU would somehow become a ship without a sail is fricking pathetic! Coaches would be lining up to get this gig!
MONEY, facilities, stable of horses, top tier conference, etc etc etc etc etc. Don't be such pussies

"Oregon is still in the mix". Exactly. They have won nothing. LSU, under CLM, is "still in the mix" and he's won conference & NC. As for coachs lining up for the job: look at all the candidates available for the Fla. job (not many great ones ), and that is one hell of an attractive program. Who would you want from those candidates that would be better than CLM? UT ran off Fat Phil, no comparision to CLM, and look at how long it's taken them to get to where they are today: average at best.
