Anyone thought Burrow should have been under center for the last snap?

I know the clock was running out, but shouldn’t have Burrow been under center for the last snap?
A bad snap and fumble in the end zone could have led to a Florida TD.

he has run shotgun his whole life, and that is what he is comfortable with, according to him.

make a man uncomfortable and he makes mistakes (see last years offense)

How many bad snaps have we had when Burrow isn't under center have we had this year? What would have been the score in the event that Florida did score on that play?

What scenario has a better chance of a ball being fumbled in the end zone?

Y’all find the dumbest shite to complain about. This team doesn’t go under center. Get over it

Wow this is a stretch for an early morning topic. You clearly could not work for the paper, write short stories or publish content.

Yes. I would have run the last couple plays out of the victory formation.

under center.

if I lob a ball to you 50 times, how many will you drop?

considering we do that 1000+ times a week

OH NOOOO. BAD SNAP. BURROW DIVES FOR IT. Florida recovers the ball.. IT’S GOING TO BE AN EASY SCOOP AND SCORE
TOUCHDOWN FLORIDA AS TIME EXPIRES. WHAT A FINISH!! WOW!
LSU wins it 42-35

Well, apparently you can’t read? I never said that Burrow should run the offense under center this year. I was only talking about the last snap and minimizing a bad snap resulting in an end zone fumble.

My guess is that the best chance for UF to recover a fumble is under center. I agree with all who’ve said we are more accustomed to shotgun.

But, even in the event of a bad snap, joe would just fall on the ball in the end zone and it’s a safety. UF would still need 2 TDs to win

There is a difference between an observation and a complaint. This is an observation.

You need to let this go. Everyone loves the new offense but there will always be game situations where protecting the ball or killing the clock is more important for victory than moving the ball on that specific play. EVERY high powered offense moves under center to protect the ball at end of game situations. Every high powered offense must be able to spike the ball and kill the clock in certain situations. That was not a smart formation to kill the last few seconds of a game on our goal line but it worked so

And that’s all I’m saying. Every team does this at the end of games.

Exactly. It’s common sense.
