While Fournette was the 1 rd 4 pick in his draft Henry was the 45th pick (mid 2nd round). That makes it sound like Henry was not very coveted but he was actually the 2nd RB taken that year.
I think that Henry does probably train harder in the off season but as far as performance Henry is 20 Lbs heavier than Lenny with the same speed and mobility(or lack of ability to make sharp cuts). He punishes LBs and DBs whereas Lenny not so much. Plus DH breakaway numbers are much better, probably because DBs don't want to tackle him in open field.
Love Lenny but it seems that he has decided to take it easy so to speak after getting to the NFL where some others grind harder once at the top level. But hope he has a few more really good years in NFL.

My hot take was Henry wasn’t good and any schmuck could dominate behind that offensive line. I was very wrong.

This! a few years back he did an interview and he said he’ll get up to 260+ during the offseason.
Wow if true

I thought they’d be the 2 best backs in the league at some point but I thought Henry was the best player in the 2016 draft. He ran through the SEC and 9 ranked opponents becoming better the more he touched the ball. The only question was athleticism but after his combine numbers were comparable to better than Von Miller’s, at his size, there shouldn’t have been any question about Henry.
