JJ's best moments have been just OK quarterback play. I could care less who plays QB as long as they're consistent. Whoever is the starter is going to make mistakes, but that's part of the game.

JL isn't Joe Montana but JJ played bad enough for JL to be a legitimate threat behind him last year. He is lucky Les stuck with him because I don't know many others who would have or wanted him playing at certain points of last season.

As poorly as JJ played last season, he always had a legitimate threat behind him. In fact, he appeared to have been beaten out of the job clearly last season...Miles just wouldn't pull the trigger.

With a new OC i believe he will pick the QB that currently gives us the best chance to win. I dont think he came into this situation with a predetermined mind set of starting any of the 3 QB's. Under this speculation i am fine with whoever starts vs Oregon, because i feel that QB must have shown the best preparation and athletic ability in practice to capture the starting job. Its all a waiting game!
