re: Anyone else low key worried about Stingley?

Wtf are you talking about?
He is being withheld from practice as a precaution by the coaching staff. He’s not “taking time off.”
According to Zach Von Rosenberg who has been attending the media portion of the practices, he has been working out on the side. He’s just not participating in contact or full speed drills.
Here’s your balloon ??
Cuz you’re an actual clown.

Drafting the guy top 10 would probably be a mistake. He’s more of a back of the first rd pick or early 2nd for me
LOL
Ok guy. Tell us more about your expertise as an NFl scout

So you made a bold prediction that came true and now you think you’re a football expert?
tR/thread
Obviously it’s a lot more likely for anyone to be a bust or just average rather than a
HOF’er. You act like you’re saying something, but in reality you’re just using vanilla predictions in order to justify spewing bullshite.
1) You expect me to believe you can tell an inch difference in height from a Samsung? Also, the average height for an NFL DB is 5’11” so even if he is what you say, he’s still in line with the position group…
2) Anyone with a monocrom of football IQ can see that he has elite closing/ recovery speed. I would love for you to point to any references to backup your claims that counters this, though I’m sure I can count on Devonta Smith being brought up.
3) hype has nothing to do with whether he is going to excel or not, but rather an opportunity for you to be nothing more than a palm reader. You’d rather go against the grain so that you can say “I told you so”, but won’t talk about the other players I’m sure you predicted would be busts but ended up having great careers. No one is claiming he his Darelle Revis, but you are the joke because you’re claiming he could never be.. why? He does in fact have the measurables and he obviously has the talent. Will he? Idk and neither do you. Statistics aren’t on his side, but you already knew that which is why you can confidently prance around and say nonsensical bullshite like this and act like you’re a somebody.
frick You.

Calm down. You and others are taking this too personally. I don’t make many predictions. I’m not a person that throws a million zany predictions at the wall in hopes of hitting one. And I’m really not making a prediction here. I’m just stating he isn’t worth a top 10 pick.
At times, there is too much of a general consensus in anointing someone. I speak up during those times. Stingley was an upper 99% ile freshmen in the SEC. He took several steps back last season. I’m just saying let’s calm our tits a bit. This is really reminding me of the Leonard Fournette hype when he was here.
This place is extremely echo chambery to the point where someone can’t even tap the breaks a little bit without other posters crying about it and resorting to hurling personal insults.

you don't hold out your stud DB for a minor bang up when practicing for a season-opener like UCLA
They haven't held him out of practice for the season opener. They've held him out of training camp. Training camp ended Saturday.
If he misses significant time over the next 2 weeks, especially next week, there should be cause for concern about his availability for the opener, though.

I’ve lurked this board for awhile. I was a member of another board before this one. I didn’t attend LSU. I went to a different SEC school so I was on that board. I’m Louisiana born and raised though, so I’ve always been an LSU fan. When I saw Joe Burrow run out of the Tunnel his Jr Year in Miami, I reverted back to being more of an LSU fan than I am of the school I went to. And I remember how stupid this board was about him during that Jr year as well even though he was always clearly a pro, but him being a late transfer, (with a young receiving core) he wasn’t able to play to his full potential that year.

That’s worse.
So you’re not making a prediction, you’re just stating he isn’t a top 10 pick based on what? Your expertise? Your word? One season?
Are we just going to gloss over why he may not have been as productive as his first season?
Do you actually think he got worse or are you just choosing to forget everything else that
went on.
Sure I guess you could call it echo chamberey at times, but the idea that he will be the first DB off the board seems to be the consensus among NFL scouts as well. So again what’s your expertise?

Not really worried about Stingley but should Georgia be worried about Arik Gilbert? That nomas boy got a mental problem again and decided to take personal time away from his team. Once a momas boy always a momas boy and doesn't want to leave

His dad just said on Jordy’s show that it could be a bone bruise or tendonitis. Sr said that Jr has always been honest with his injuries and knows when he can go or not. “If the game was to happen today he could go play. “

Did his Dad address the fact that 3PieceSpicy has him falling to the 2nd Round if he doesn't improve on his 2x All-American Seasons?
