Agree. Lack of hustle and fundamental D play. We fly by on all head and shoulder fakes and then don't get close enough to shooter, even when they are feeling it and having confidence. Terrible D.

Wade is a fraud and its being proven
He simply teaches shitty defense year after year.
Now with Thomas unable to hit a shot, this team is in trouble.

Legit curious during SEC play what is opposing teams 3 pt pct against us? This is complete garbage. I admit I gave Wade benefit of the doubt, but considering who he followed up as coach, his bar wasn't set exactly high. He's not worth the risk he brings to the program.

This team doesn’t do anything well fundamentally. They exercise per shot selection, they don’t make crisp, accurate passes, they don’t rebound well, they don’t play sound defense, they don’t drive to the basket, they don’t hustle and they don’t play with pride. Almost all of these things fall on the coach.

Edit to say we also can’t inbound the ball effectively.

Edit to emphasize we REALLY can’t rebound. We regularly give up inside position (this is just a lack of effort and desire). It’s as if nobody knows how to block out (this is technique).
