Anybody hear NFLN botch the #18 history?

They were talking about what a big deal it was for Cush to wear #18. Charles Davis said Matt Mauck started #18 when he faced a lot of adversity in the 2001 season. He said unfortunately they lost the SECCG to Tennessee, which costed them a chance at a championship.
How much more wrong can you be? Cannot believe they got it so wrong.

He was referring to Tennessee losing not LSU, basically saying by LSU beating them, it cost Tennessee the chance.

Yep. Tennessee was going to play the ridiculous 2001 Miami team with like 40 NFL players.
Tennessee was loaded too with NFL talent too. Miami ended up beating the shite out of Eric Crouch and Nebraska. Them vs Tenn would have been the better game.
