He needs to get coached up and will then have a chance to play in the nfl . That’s why you don’t go to Tulane if you are as gifted as he is.
he's gotta get on the field first.

He only be a Sophmore, so I presume he could improve with the right Coach and Offense.

Covid year didn't count so he could still be a Freshman.

Let me think ... who did Auburn take to SEC Media Days??? Was it Finley...or some other quarterback? The answer to that question is the answer to your question.

He's an interesting case, but I am pulling for him over there.

Play man against him in a couple years and you will get shredded

Maybe, because he can certainly sling it.

But even against man, you get a Dline with any amount of pressure and he cracks. A lot of that was because he was a freshman I’m sure but, we’ve seen plenty of young QBs never grow out of that when it looks as bad as did with TJ. We’ve seen some become really good too. But there are way less Peyton Mannings than Jarret Lees. I mean, it was really bad. Not being able to read zone coverage and not handling pressure is a terrible combination. Tamu is probably still in his nightmares. They had a great defense though.

It’ll be very interesting to see which way it goes.

Totally correct.... But he's still not good enough to be a starting SEC quarterback
