Any NCAA rules about eligibility if you have been convicted of a felony?

Does the NCAA handbook reference any eligibility problems if a player is convicted of a felony while enrolled. 99% of the time the player is kicked off the team so you never hear about it, but I am just wondering if the NCAA has anything in its bylaws as well.

Might be time for you sit back and wait before posting. Things aren't always as they seem.

No rules against that. Didn't Tennessee sign a guy that raped someone?

the player was a minor when it happened, he didn't do the raping but was present, and the victim sent a letter to UT saying not to hold it against him
