quote:No. It was NOT after the incident for which they were arrested.
Na man that happened after the unauthorized entry.
quote:Nope.
Yep...
And while inside the apartment, didn't Bain and DT tell the roommate that he should give them his stuff back and not to wait till the situation was out of control? Or something like that. And the roommate had no idea wtf was going on because he had no knowledge or involvement in any of it.
And they visited the apartment / roommate multiple times. 1 of the times was when he was comin back from class and went into his apartment, then he heard the door open behind him and it was Jennings, Bain, and DT coming through the door. He didn't let them in right there and said that to the police. And after that, when leaving, Jennings looked back and said if he doesn't have his stuff back at 2:00pm, there was gonna be a problem.
Then 2 days later, he answers the door and it was them again with a few more and said they were gonna sit in the living room and wait for Anderson. That's when they busted up the door and took the PS4 and shoes.
There were two incidents. On one the morning of June 12, and one later on that same day. The men were arrested for the second incident on that same day:
quote:
On the morning of June 12, Jennings approached an unidentified individual -- Anderson's roommate -- and asked about his stolen laptop, according to LSU police. The individual denied any knowledge and after returning from an early morning class to his apartment, the individual heard his front door open behind him, the report said.
When he looked back, he saw Jennings, Bain and Thomas coming through his front door, the report said.
The individual told police he did not know why those three men were in his West Campus apartment and he did not invite them in.
While inside, Bain and Thomas confronted the individual with their arms crossed and standing close to him, while Jennings stood by the door, the report said.
Bain and Thomas reportedly told the individual "give us his stuff back" and "not to wait until the situation got out of control." The individual denied having any of Jennings' property and allowed Bain and Thomas to search his room for the missing items. The two, however, did not locate any of Jennings' items, the report said.
As the individual then left for another class, Bain, Thomas and Jennings followed him out of his apartment. According to the arrest report, Jennings told the individual that "If I don't have my s*** back at 2 p.m., it's going to be something."
The individual told authorities that he felt threatened and intimidated by Jennings' comment.
LSU police were called out to the roommate's apartment again on June 14 in reference to a June 12 burglary. The individual, according to the report, said after he took the trash out and returned to close his door, someone began knocking on his door immediately. As he answered the door, he was approached by six or seven "large males" who appeared to be wearing shirts that football players usually wear, the report said.
The individual asked the men what they needed; a man identified as Thomas said they were going to wait in the living room for his roommate, Nicholas Anderson, the report said.
The roommate told police as he went back to his room and closed the door, he then heard a bashing sound coming from Anderson's room. He said he saw Thomas using his shoulder attempting to knock the door down.
Thomas and the other men were able to enter Anderson's room, damaging the doorframe and locks, the report said.
The individual said he saw Thomas leaving his roommates' room with a shoebox, and several other men leaving with a Sony PlayStation 4 console and two shoeboxes.

As long as that stuff is Jennings' I don't really care how they got it back. I'm still taking my stance the cops were not going to do anything and this was the way nly way to have retrieved the items. Or having Anderson hand them back to him, which is doubtful.

Jennings was not there for the one of the 14th. The threat was made on the same day probably a couple hours after unauthorized entry on the 12th.

Ok so the apartment was visited multiple times on the same day... The events still stand in my post. Only thing that wasn't accurate were the dates, an error on my part though easy to overlook the way the writer worded it. But the events still stand.

Editor’s note: This story was changed on Friday, June 19, 2015 to correct the day of the alleged break-in at the West Campus Apartments at LSU. The alleged burglary occurred on Friday, June 12, 2015, not on Sunday, June 14, 2015.

LSU police were called out to the roommate's apartment again on June 14 in reference to a June 12 burglary.
Two events allegedly happened on the same day, June 12th.
(1) Anderson's roommate allegedly gets threatened. [Morning of June 12]
(2) Anderson's bedroom allegedly gets entered and one person allegedly took items. [Later on June 12]

That's a pretty damning statement by the roommate
Posted on 6/19/15 at 6:17 pm to Salviati
(3) they entered the house uninvited.

(3) they entered the house uninvited.
Anderson's roommate then went to his own room and allowed the men to wait in the living room for Anderson's return.
At this point, no crime has been committed.

And I think what 5Alive was saying was that Jennings wasn't there when DT and the 5 or 6 others went to the apt, busted open the door and took the PS4 and shoes. Therefore, the unlawful entry was when the kid was coming back from class, got to his apartment, closed the door and walked inside. Then heard his door open after him and turned and saw Jennings, Bain, and DT coming through the door. And he did not invite them in.
All 3 were hit with unlawful entry and then DT went back with the 5 or so other guys and took the PS4 and shoes, which is why he also got tagged with misdemeanor simple burglary.

Ok cool you are right nothing happened on the 14th but a phone call to police, but the point still remains in my original post that Jennings threatened the dude. So bc of that three incidents occurred on the same freaking day. shite in fact this makes it worse in my opinion.

Jennings threatened the dude.
Jennings merely stated: "If I don't have my s*** back at 2 p.m., it's going to be something." That could mean any number of things, including getting the police back involved.
Just because someone "felt" threatened, it does not mean that he was threatened.

CptBengal wants them to be guilty so bad.
Every time something remotely negative happens with the program he has to seek medical attention for erections lasting for 4 hours. Remember "Jordan Jefferson will never play another down of football for LSU".
