Something has changed recently. Is it covid outbreak? Ryan Clark in their ears? Coach O's comments about Trump? Something else?

To be fair, the pay sites he takes info from can't be right all the time.

Yeah if these guys had opted out when Vincent did I think the reaction would be disappointed but understanding. At least for the most part.
It’s the timing that has people upset and paranoid that there’s some deeper rot within the program

Herd mentality, probably. One person opting out making a bunch of impressionable people think about it. A lot of people in all their ears that see them as dollar signs, but with no objective information being sought out to determine if it's going to hurt them or not.

Coach O's comments about Trump?
This rubbed a lot of players the wrong way.

I don't like the timing because it took away scholarships that could have gone to other people. They waited and screwed guys over.
I don't think it's indicative of a deeper rot. I think it's just a chain reaction.

What did he make up?
He was without a doubt the first person that mentioned He and chase possibly opting out, and that was days ago.

The same players that visited Trump’s house in January? I’m not saying you’re wrong but why were they ok with going, but O makes a generic comment and gets cancelled?

Yeah big time with the #3 recruiting class dumbass

Then they're dumb. Like legitimately stupid. If they can't look at the man they've sat across the desk from, been on the practice field and game field with, were recruited and coached by and know he's on their side just because he made a benign response to a question he was asked, they're legitimately stupid.

A former player from this past season told me he went out of respect for the country, not the president. He's my cousin's nephew.

Yep, so all these talking heads (Mascona) saying Ryan Clark has nothing to do with these kids decisions are right? bullshite!
Every kid in the program reads his tweets. Another player on the team started up with the same bullshite about Coach O. Now if TS leaves, will they stll say RC has nothing to do with it?

Our Democrat Governor has been thanking Trump. Agree with the President or not, that is what you have to do to get more federal funding. It’s simply being cordial. Unbelievable how naive some people are.

Again, I don’t care if O supports Trump or Biden. I don’t care if his answer was cookie cutter, the truth or some variation of whatever. It’s none of my business.
I don’t care or want to know which sports figures support who or what. I just want to watch and read about the games, and it’s hard to do that these days with the way this shite is covered. And players are idiots if they leave a team based on a coach’s political endorsement or lack thereof. So I would hope Chase is not leaving for that, and I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt because I’d prefer not to think of him as an idiot.
