Who would have thought when Saban jumped to the NFL that we were going to immediately get the best college football coach in America. Fast forward to the present and the program is still going strong with expected top 5 finishes every season (assuming you win your bowl game). Playing in the toughest division in the toughest conference nationally year in and year out and performing at the highest level is outstanding!
Thank you Coach Miles especially for sticking around when Michigan was calling. No one would have blamed you for bolting to your college school. You stayed put and won an SEC championship followed by a BCS title in the next 2 games you coached.
It's been a bit of a mess offensively at the most important position on the team the past 4-5 seasons but you have managed and prospered. Better days are ahead again for LSU. This season will be another epic battle for supremacy each and every Sat. I expect the Tigers to do well no matter what the pre-season polls suggest. Geaux Tigers!

If you admit to this then people hate you and say you're a bad fan.

It's been a fun ride....never thought we would remain elite this long, and it appears poised to continue well into the future. The last 13 years have been a great time to be an LSU fan, an it isn't ending anytime soon if the last 3 years are any indication.

Im with u 100% DR. D
LSU in general is full of leadership. The AD is a total badass; the two bball programs are headed to Nat'l prominance; the baseball team is arguably the best in the country and the football program has the best coaches in the country. And we have Studwara waiting in the wings when the NFL comes calling for Cam in a yr or two. We are loaded everywhere. CLM is from a different cut, he's a man of integrity and his genuineness is not often found in todays coaches or society. Another cool thing is the fact that he's getting better each yr, his best coaching days are still ahead of him and us.

"Excellence" is arguable. Consistently plays in non-BCS bowl games is more accurate. Eat Mor Chikin.

CLM is a descent man who leads an elite football program every year.LSU football is special to me and win or lose I love this team and the players.I do find it perplexing how we seem to fall into these coaching blackholes every so often.I mean whether it's clock management at the end of the game or giving up the rushing attack in the fourth quarter of last year's bowl game only to lose,it is strange.
