Hell we beat Fl if not for 9 drops and a TE stepping out of bounds!

Very poorly officiated game. They missed a lot of obvious fouls.

Anderson had a BAD NIGHT all the day, was probably soley responsible for 21 points going our way.

It wasn't his best, but he still had 8 catches for 91 yards and that awesome long catch where he somehow dragged his feet to stay in bounds on the great throw from Nuss after he avoided a sack.

There should have been a facemask on the fumble. The end zone drops were difficult as the first one he was focused on trying to get a foot down in bounds with the ball being thrown a little high in to the very back of the end zone and he dove for the 2nd one.

I blew up your still...and still a grab of the shoulder pad. It wasn't a face mask. BTW, I did pause on my playback of the game with better resolution than your picture.

The rules don't need to change. It is supposed to be illegal to PULL a ball carrier. You can PUSH but not pull. I watched a La Tech OL in the Army game literally pull his RB about 6 yards. They simply need to enforce the rule that already exists when a player pulls on the ball carrier.

Every play in college football is reviewed in the booth, at least glanced at. But yeah, turnovers and scores are supposed to be looked at more intensely as you mentioned.

However, he dropped two straight passes that would have made it 35 - 7.

both of those "drops" would have been very difficult catches. he had to lay out for the second one

Kid played a good game. Let's just agree the face mask was a bang bang play and if he catches just one of the drops were talking about, he has over 100 yards with and an extra td.

I'm not gonna pile on the kid for a fumble on a play like that.

Initially, I thought he hooked his ear hole, which is still considered part of the face mask and should have drawn a flag.

Either way, they missed the call.

His helmet is clearly being pulled to the side of his head in that picture.

Sorry to actually bring FACTS into an emotional conversation. Thank God, you aren't a referee and even more thankful you aren't a psychiatrist.

If the Baylor guy pulled on a shoulder pad as I said, that it not a penalty. No one claimed it was a horsecollar so the only possible penalty would be a face mask...which indeed does include the ear hole in the helmet. I just say he pull the shoulder pad. And for those who say his head was turned, I don't doubt that for a second. You pull on that shoulder pad and obviously his head/helmet is going to be turned also.

Everyone should be grateful that you aren't one. The snapping sideways of the helmet is always a clear sign that the facemask has been pulled yet you are a dumbass who says otherwise especially when it's visibly obvious from the screenshot that's been posted.

Ok, let's add thank God you aren't a doctor either. Perhaps you should retake Anatomy 101, sit in the front of the class, and stay awake this time. Once again, you pull on a shoulder pad and the head/helmet follows in that direction. You graduated elementary school right?

Player's helmets don't even turn like that for horse collar tackles which is an even more violent grabbing of the inner shoulder pads.

Not everyone rode the short bus to school like yourself.

First two gifs, the shoulder pad wasn't being pulled....those were straight back horse collars. The third gif was more of a straight back pull also. Try again. You failed!

Your stupidity is truly amazing & sad at the same time. A "football fan" who doesn't even know the true design of shoulder pads.

Too bad your parents can't try again with you.

You failed them miserably.
