Unfortunately for Tennessee... it will probably be the same thing. Bunch of great recruiters with little coaching reputation.
Sure daddy Kiffin can coach em up... but after that? Coach O is a decent coach... but not a world beater...

Look at any players coach in the NFL. First year is great then.....
