There's so much that could be said

I struggled reading these threads when they first appeared, and actually replied a few times

But at this point, you just use them to get a feel for who's worth listening and replying to in the future on this site

They really have no clue, but it doesn't stop them

Verge was a fall guy. Wade was a bag guy. One is after the fact and can be shifted, one is before the fact and can't be changed.

Verge didn’t pay players nor did he rape or sexually assaulted anyone!

Verge hasn't won the SEC Championship nor increased attendance at any games.
In fact Verge could be canned last week and no one except his friends and family would care.

As far as the accusations, who knows.

I’m sorry but it shouldn’t take Wade being fired for people to actually give a damn that Verge is still on staff. Verge should have been out with Miriam Segar and the damn Sell’s a long time ago.

Verge isn’t a high profile head coach of a major college team of any kind

So Verge, as a parent, school employee, etc., felt no moral responsibility to protect women who were beaten up by football players. No one in the administration felt obligated to call him on his lack of courage/ethics, etc., because he has the secret handshake and is connected!!!!!!!!!!! How sad no one has the courage to standup for what is right!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Verge did cover the rape up though!!!

Ok. Who was raped? Who reported it to the Police? Who went to the Hospital to have evidence of rape obtained such as DNA?

The answer is nobody. This entire sham that is known as Title IX is dominated by nothing more than allegations which are simply some girls word with no effort to report it to anyone other than Athletic Administration. I promise you that if my Daughter was raped or assaulted that I would not be reporting it to Verge Ausberry, Ed Orgeron, or Joe Aleva.

By the way, after all the allegations against Ed Orgeron he was exonerated as were several others. So before you convict Verge or anyone in a Kangaroo Court let’s see how all this plays out.

Verge is a political decision as is Wade. This is how LSU operates. Everyone should know this by now. The seeping corrupt cesspool that is Louisiana politics runs LSU.

I think there is more to it than this. Not saying that isn't part of it but it just seems like there is more going on.

The initial allegations came out in 2019. He could have fired WW without a lot of fiscal exposure at anytime yet:
