If sitting improves his draft position then sit the kid.
If playing demonstrates his health and increases his draft status then play him.
What's good for the kid is good for LSU.

Smart move would be to play it safe and rest. But of course would love to see Buga go at it one last time

Might as well give DWilliams some action. We're going to need the dude next year. I'm higher on his potential than most of you seem to be.

Don't risk tweaking the ankle and dropping any in the draft. Heal up, get ready for the combine and the draft and make your money. Guice has this.

While LF7 has been A great Tiger player.. I don't really care what he does once he leaves LSU... So If he plays AND it helps us win that's great... But If he is more worried about his pro career then I don't want him near the field........

If the reports are true that he needs surgery and he plans on playing, he must believe that the surgery will be successful regardless.

At least that would be my take on his playing.

Theres no way he should play in this meaningless crappy bowl game with a 10am kickoff.

My opinion is that IF he had no intentions of playing in the bowl game, he would have had the surgery to repair whatever it is that's bothering him. So, in my opinion he will play the Bowl game and set the Citrus Bowl rushing record, whatever that may be.

Yea everyone thinks we are going to destroy Lville. I think we are most likely to get destroyed. They can stop the run. They have a good defense and Lamar Jackson is going to run all over us. Bobby Petrino

Their D is actually ranked higher in some categoties..other than allowing a shite ton of more TDs, they are pretty even to LSU

LSU should rest all players leaving for the NFL so none get hurt.

Louisville has a whole bunch of game film from the past two years that clearly illustrate how to stop Fournette, so I'd rather he sit until the game gets way lopsided in our favor before he takes the field. It pains me to say this, but I really think LF7 hurt us against UF...let a healthy Guice play instead.

Please. He's had enough special treatment already.

If he's physically healthy, he should play.

You cannot keep from getting hurt. He is going to have Surgery anyway as I read it.

The person who wrote that e would need surgery was a Bleacher Report "injury expert" who has likely never met Fournette, let alone examine his legs.

I'm surprised LSU and Fournette's camp haven't demanded a retraction.

As soon as Miles trotted out the exact same miserable offense against Wisconsin, except it was somehow even worse this year than usual, LF should've been benched for his own good since LSUs season was essentially over at that point.

If he is healthy he should play. Lets be real dors anyone think the combine will really determine how high he gets drafted? He is going in the top 5 to the team that wants him. No player wants that as part of their legacy (Is at out to save myself for the combine...) He will ball!!
