A grown man shouldn't post pictures spooning with his dog either yet here you are.

A real man wears whatever the hell he wants. You figure that out when you really grow up.

This is true. A man does have the right to make a fool of himself.

But I wouldn't let a mentally retarded adult waltz around in public with a large booger in his nose without saying something. I feel for that person. I have compassion. I would tell that retard about his booger. Similarly, that's why I believe it's okay to shame quasi-retarded adults who wear sports jerseys. They simply were not born with the capacity for self awareness, and they deserve our help. It's all about compassion.

Of course, you would feel this way, you're a socially insecure individual who is concerned with what others think of you. Hence the idea that how you should dress is controlled by what others think of you.

One day you may emotionally mature and cease this dependence on the opinion of others. Then you will understand what it means to be a real man.
