Just like Les Miles wasn’t fired for losing on the last play of the Auburn game.

Stop pretending like this is some big injustice.

No but it was the the spark that ignited the powder keg

Make no mistake about it, that night in the pmac was an eye opener.

It gave Lipsey the ammo he needed to take that shite bag down.

Alleva likely informed them he planned to retire st the end of his contract.

During all this upheaval they figured out they had a shot at Woodard and Alleva agreed to step down early to allow that to happen.

HE should have been fired after the Florida Hurricane debacle. He had the upper hand by a mile and totally embarrassed himself and LSU

It was a culmination of things built up over the past 10 years.

The WW situation was just the straw that broke the camel’s back. And even at that, he still something of a sacrificial lamb for Alexander and the BoS. They had to throw somebody to the mob.

Nah. Just curious timing. Woodward became available, people with money and influence made it happen. Alleva showed his arse in press releases becaus he knew he was gone.

And it will be the major factor as to why King will be fired and several of the compliance folks.
