Typically contracts will say:

Knowledge of minor violations; or
Major violations regardless of whether the HC knew or not.

Will depend on how the NC2A classifies the infraction(s). Major infractions bring lack of institutional control into play.

Lots of things in play here that affect more than just the recruiter and recruit. I can tell you that the player involved did not come to LSU, but the story surrounding his recruitment is unbelievable. I have never heard of a coach going to such an extreme.

Beyond that, I am sworn to secrecy in order to protect my sources.

to my knowledge these are the only guys who meet the criteria; not sure if McCarthy has anything to do with any of them however
