May get to stick around for football season? What if O somehow pulls 8-9 wins out his arse? I want Alleva gone by the end of May!

Firing just Alleva is like putting a bandaid on the gunshot wound. Major decisions about the future of The LSU football program are made by ppl higher than him. You think Alleva is the one who pulled the rip cord on Jimbo late in the 3rd quarter of the 2015 aTm game? Wasn’t him at all. All this mess can be traced back to that one choice, and it wasnt made by Joe. Do I want him gone, sure. But he needs to be the first of about 5 firings.

I believe him too. this has been coming, that's no secret. It's just a shame O and his cronies pulled this shite off to begin with. Hopefully lessons have been learned and we can get it right this time

Totally agree. Alleva got a bad rap on the Jimbo deal, but hiring O is on him. At least there's hope that this clown show is coming to an end. Hopefully we can get someone competent at least in the AD spot. It's a start anyway.

I believe tenth said in his post yeseterday that a decision on his standing would be reached in may.
He also brought up that he may be allowed to finish Os tenure.

Solid info from tenth there. Do I have the summary correct: (1) could be gone soon; (2) could be gone at end of O's tenure or (3) the decision in May could be to keep him?

I havent even thought about it but who might the interim AD be? Will it be someone from inside? Im not real up to date on the LSU brass
