At home, against the number 3 team in the country. Lange is going to come out and throw a gem.

He needs to throw the curve ball for a strike, but I think he turns it around.

Prediction:

7IP 3H 1ER 2 BB 10 SO

if he can come close to what Poche' did last night , that would be great.

I don't mind the curve in the dirt, he needs to locate his fastball more than anything.

Eta and also keep pounding runs in.

Turns it around as in not walking 100 batters than sure it's possible.

His problem seems to be mechanics, not that I'm an expert but you can clearly see when he's off with the location of any of his pitches he's stepping off too far to his left. Some of the announcers have brought this to my attention.

He needs to throw his fastball for a strike. Fastball location has been his issue.

Last night I saw a pitcher (Sheffield) with the most electric stuff I've seen and a sure fire 1st round talent. 94-96 Fb, 82-84 wipeout, and 85 change. He got shelled. Lost command of Fb in 2nd and 3rd... you saw what happened as a result.

What do you have to base this prediction on? Is he healthy all of a sudden? Did he and his girlfriend get back together? Is Vandy just a good matchup for him? What?

Sheffields problem was he doesnt hide the ball well and threw a pretty flat fasball. Langes problem is throwing it for a strike earlier in counts
