In that case If I was Aranda, I would blitz the hell out of the edges

It's insignificant. They don't need a TE with Jeudy, Smith, Rugg et al.

I think this shapes up much like the 2013 LSU-UGa game. It will come down to the final possession of each team.

Forristall is a blocking TE as well. Big loss. It would be like us losing Moss at this point. Not a huge offensive threat but brings a lot to the table.

Isn't Smith injured too? Edit: bruised shoulder, will be fine for game

Also, can't run slant with TE that was effective in an earlier game, can't remember which. So while it's not the end, it's not insignificant either

It's insignificant for someone with a Madden type of understanding of football.

Sucks for them but he was a gigantic drop off from the TEs they are used to having, not much a weapon for them this year.

People won’t give this injury much credit, but Forristall is a good TE from what I’ve seen

He's a threat in the red zone...he may not get the most targets, but you have to pay attention to him, which means single coverage for the others.

That's ok, Bama has 42 more blue chip tight ends on the roster.

Let's play the game.

Devonta Smith is banged up to. He left Saturday's game and came back with no pads and an arm sling. Saban said it was just a bruised shoulder, but there was a rumor on the SEC Rant that it's his collar bone and could miss extensive time.
