It sucked. No matter how you look at it. Jayden reverted back to his early-season form, being indecisive with the football. Harold Perkins was a literal non-factor. The team as a collective looked uninspired and bored, like A&M and the game as a whole were beneath them.
We didn’t NEED to win the game, and LSU played like it. While I contend that LSU didn’t need to be in the CFP this season, the fact that we were kicking the door down to be there is admirable and incredible.
While I’m pissed we lost, to the Aggies of all god damn people, I choose to look at the season in its entirety so far:
9-3 regular season. SEC West Champs. Overachieving by literally ALL of our standards. With a team held together by transfers, duct tape, shoe string, bubble gum and paper clips. I’m proud of this team for what they have done and what they still have the opportunity to do.
Shake last night off. Let’s geaux beat Georgia, and be the agents of chaos we love to be.

The hell we didn’t. We could have made the playoff. Now our best chance is a bowl game 10 players will prob opt out of. It was a HUGE kick in the balls.

because on paper the game is decided? because UGA has looked inhuman and unstoppable all year? Give me a break.
The sky is not falling because we lost to A&M, it’s raining, but it’s not the apocalypse.
