OT vs arky sure seemed colder than 58f with Darren macfadden ripping our asses

this is the game i searched for through all that data. I don't think 58 is right. it was waaay colder than that.
I remember in OT, everyone was standing up the whole time. for change of possession, i'd sit down to get out of the wind and warm up.
that cold was unbareable.

the worst thing about the Arkansas game is I left Hawaii a day early so i could make it to the game in time. dumbest decision of my life. I arrived in New Orleans at 7am. Got in my car and drove to BR. Froze to death watching McFadden kill us... . I should have stayed in Hawaii and just watched the game on tv at 5am or whenever it would have come on...

I knew '92 A&M game was miserable too. 115 heat index with early afternoon kickoff!!

And they ran out of ice in TS that day!

they had McFadden, Felix Jones, and Peyton Hillis...
looking back on it now, i can see why we couldn't stop them.

without letting the end result sway me, i must say that was the greatest football game i've ever seen live.

Nice Job, RummelTiger. I looked over the data...and the bottom line is...it's too freaking hot in TS, particularly in the early part of the season.

I've actually thought about this over the years and it's bummed me out because how sweet would it be to actually watch the early part of the season without wondering if you might die of heat exhaustion during the game. lol

As long as we can keep the natural grass, I'm all for a gigantic domed stadium with retractable roof when it's nice.

Aww yeah...
