I realize I'm going to incite a riot with this question but....

Didn't LSU control their own destiny?

I mean, in my opinion, if LSU would've won Saturday and won out(including Florida) then they would be in the national championship game.

Florida or Alabama or possibly both would've still been in the running for the Sugar Bowl.

It would've played out similar to last year if I'm not mistaken.

Outside of having two undefeateds in the SECCG does for the conference, am I missing something?

Two top ranked teams in the Champ game.

I've never thought there could be a conspiricy until I saw the dirty refs in the WV-Pitt game years back.

The bullshite bad calls (in multiple games) certainly smells in the SEC this year.

I wasn't in the cards...I called it from the beginning. UF/AL rematch as undefeateds in the SECCG...it was preordained...nothing was gonna change it. Money talks.....

If the rest of my prediction comes true...you will come out on the short end of the stick...

Tebow gets his undefeated season and his second Heisman... Tebow>>>>>>>>>>>>Bama

ETA: I think Ingram deserves it.

The scenario the media and everyone has been wanting is the Bama Florida winner to play Texas in the NCG. Two undefeated teams in the sec championship brings in big money with people trying to get commercial slots during the game.

Undefeated Alabama vs. undefeated Florida would get better ratings and draw much more attention.

This is very simple - Bama had a 6 point lead with under six minutes to play. Bama QB threw an INT that would have at the very least given LSU the CHANCE to win the game. This is not saying we would have won, merely that the botched called took away any chance of winning that we had.

If you cannot agree on that, then you are not really a fan of football and are just a Bama homer.

I would have like the crew from the GA game. They called that play that Riley intercepted and backed it up.

These dumbasses didn't make a call and the replay judge said it was incomplete. What a joke.

Bama fans coming here with this BS is ridiculous.

When unbiased media goes on national TV and calls BS on the refs theres a problem. If your a Bama fan fine but be a football fan and call it as it was. A poorly officiated game to the point of it looked paid for.

If you dont see this then you truly are an idiot to the point of receiving a State check.

you are correct. however, there are enough horrible calls and no calls exposed by film (incl the little talked about block in the back on julios TD run) and i'm talking possible game changing calls that the perception is of a conspiracy. coupled with other games this year, including the two celebration calls in the lsu/uga game and that uf/arky travesty that makes the theory live.

This is the problem. And it's not just the SEC these days. The appearance of conferences protecting top teams is at an all time high.
