Because it was.
It's still probably the best conference in the nation, but I don't think you can honestly say it was as strong as ever with LSU, UF, UT, and UGA all having 3+ losses....

There have only been two good Auburn teams since 2007. One won the national championship the other beat a Bama team that went 7-6 and lost to ULM.

This is a terrible list.
Any list that has The Kick that far down and doesn't inlude Punt, Bama, Punt is crap.
The whole sets of games from 1993 to 1997 should be included....

Thanks for compliments on the stadium and campus. I tend to agree with you.
As for the atmosphere (band, fans, etc) you have to understand that you are dealing with the uber fanbase when it comes to comparison.
Nothing compares to you guys when it comes to band cheers and the such.

I would guess that 98% of #the12 at Seattle Seahawks games never worked for them.
I guess it's a Bammer thing, but I just never understood why you had to go to school to be a fan......says a guy who graduated from the University....
