You can only find three carries in one game?
If only you were half as intelligent as you think you are. Yes, I only found three carries. How many times does the coach need to do something before he realizes it ain't working? Should miles have run 6 times with JJ, and 4 of those going for loss? Maybe 9 times, with 6 going for loss?
At some point you cut your losses and move on.
JJ was not proving your theory last night. The RBs were not more productive with JJ in the game. Their average was .3 yards per carry. Mett was also in for only 3 carries. The RBs averaged 2.7 yards per carry. Lee ran another series after JJ came out. The average was 4.8 yards per carry.
Defenses know that with JJ in the game, LSU is going to run the ball. And 50% of those runs will be keepers
Thats how you end up with the 116th ranked offense

Or we could just get some wrs that catch the fricking football?
8 drops... Wtf?

Well, when you have a decisive lead, and, the generally recognized strategy is to run the ball, it's probably not silly to let the person who can run do so. He had 28 yards on 3 carries in that possession.
Did they score that possession? That is what I thought. Story of his life. With Lee, LSU is averaging 2 td's a game more than last year with JJ through the first 5 games....you just can't seem to comprehend that......

Leave the running to the running backs.

I don't really care if a poster doesn't "buy it" that I'm not biased. I know it. Many other posters know it.
When I see your posts...i automatically think it's a post to endorse JJ...and that it is potentially racially motivated. I think that is what most posters think on here.
You never acknowledge the bottom line, and that is that LSU is scoring many more points with JL...and are MUCH better in the red zone with him.

Lol.....Andrew luck laughs at your face.

I would have liked to see JJ fire the ball out there
Miles is the coach you are being a bad fan for having an opinion that is negative regarding what Miles does. Miles didn't want JJ to pass, he wanted JJ to run the ball on like 6 of his 8 touches and not share with the other running backs. Live with it.

Richardson is also thankful they have a great running qb. Just me is an idiot. By the way, he is JJ.

This shows you have no awareness of what coaches do in preparation for upcoming opponents.

We all know he can run, how about letting him make a few passes.

It's OK. Shouldn't take away from your enjoyment of the game.

. LSU's RBs tend to gain more yards on their own carries if the QB in the game is a threat to run.

You won't get a link. Those who support his position are already floating the meme that stats are meaningless.

Saban is on his knees as we speak praying for JJ to see significant playing time NOV05.

Teams stacked the box a lot in 2009 forcing JJ to throw though too

Jeeze dude...you just want to spoon with JJ and that's it. You and 4 other posters must have been hired by the Jefferson family to market a campaign to promote JJ regardless of whether the team needs him or not.

This is why the NFL drafts only running quarter backs out of college.
