I was tired of people talking like they know everything but they fail to understand how important a "Floor General" is for a young team. He does not even need to be a PG but most of them are anyways because they control the floor.

Where was the chaos? Gone. He brings control and it quickly gives everyone else confidence that they have been lacking for a long time
