Yes that’s what I was thinking. Her last chance to compete at Georgia.

Another sub 197 score. 196.85.

But I’ll take it for now. Definitely need to get Kiya and Haleigh healthy.

Floor and vault, which were among the best in the entire country last year only went 49.150 and 49.100.

Not happy with the score, but glad no one was injured. We've got to keep in mind that they haven't competed for 2 weeks. We will hopefully have Kiya and Haleigh in AA next week vs Auburn.

How close is Kai on floor? I think a healthy Kai, KJ, Kiya, Haleigh, Aleah, and Alyona would be a killer floor lineup.

They need to get Aleah in on more than 1 event next week

I’m just glad all our girls held onto their Achilles on floor. They should for real look into that thing! I think some of the girls were kinda scared to land on floor because of that. I think we did good considering who was in lineups and it was really our 1st meet of the season.

Time for a youth movement and quit giving the older girls routines out of loyalty. Time to give the youngsters a chance.

I think they are overly worried about her getting injured again with her history of ankle problems.

Her floor in the gym looks good.

I do understand the issue - but RQS doesn’t care that we got more screwed by covid than other teams in January this year. So we will need to have marked improvement next week for auburn.

I don't disagree with you, they need to start pushing for an additional 10.0 vault and getting Aleah more involved. Kiya and Haleigh will dramatically boost the team score themselves when they get back.

I also have always agreed with everyone that all the seniors need only to do one event (and maybe Reagan none of her back can’t take it). Sami on beam just is never it. And I really do hope sarah can start drilling her vaults.

I don’t understand how Michigan, Minnesota, Oklahoma, and even FL to an extent can have so many sticks. KJ needs to upgrade, aleah mostly vaulted a 1.5 in elite, so she should be there too.

Why the score on Alyona’s beam?

I think that they are not giving her full credit for her Candle mountain because she rolls through it and doesn't hold the vertical position. Also she had a balanced check between her 2 leaps before her beat jump

Florida killed it. 198.150. I think 2 or 3 tens. I didn’t see every routine, but from what I saw it was a deserved score.

I watched the whole meet and Florida is loaded and peaking. Reminds me of how well they were doing when Covid halted the 2020 season.

Florida is stacked. Form was good all around. Gonna be tough to beat come Nationals.

Also I think Jay should shake up the bars lineup. I think the order should be Sami, Livvy, Alyona, Kai, Kiya, then Haleigh.

Realistically this should happen but doubtful Jay does this. I think Bryant should be anchoring. Unless Kiya moves down the lineup, I’m afraid she will get penalized often down the road just because she is the lead off. I think there comes a point where Aleah slides into the lineup. It was pretty evident in the intrasquad how much more polished her routine was in comparison to some already in the lineup

Why isn’t Aleah on more than one event yet? I know she was sick a few weeks ago, but is there anything else, like an injury?
