If there was a 30 for 30 done about any specific topic or time period about LSU football what would you most want to see?

I can’t think of a greater subject than that 2011 team, and specifically TM7. He’s a cultural game changer in the same vein of the characters from the U

1999-2003

I watched the 2001 SEC Championship game on a tiny little portable TV with about 20 other guys huddled around at a BR Cotillion dance. Good times.

The '07 football post season. From what had to happen for LSU to make the title game, the press conference and how LSU got down early and then left no doubt that they were the #1 team in the nation that season.

Good point.

Then took care of business.

I honestly couldn’t watch a 30 for 30 of 2011. What a miserable ending.

It’s quite possibly the greatest single season in college football history by a team, obviously TM7 is the centerpiece, the game of the century, the debacle in the Natty. I don’t know what the title would be though lol

Your title says “30 for 30”

Adding more info would gain more of a debate and attention.

I think it’s a great topic fwiw. I was trying to help

What if told you a team could have had the greatest college football season ever if the head coach would have been "Les Stubborn"?

Also a great time period, I feel that all the Saban stuff could be tied into the 2011 stuff though, it all works together for a great story. And ESPN and somebody with the time, talent, and means needs to get on this ASAP!!!

The downvote wasn’t from me lol, I agree with you on more info being added. Just watching some SNF and the thought came to mind.

I’m not ready to watch a documentary about the 2011 season. Maybe in twenty years.

He's saying you should change the title of you're thread to something like "What 30 for 30 based on LSU would you like to see?"

Or made by someone who will slant it to the argument mamy of our fans believe about Bama shouldn't be there. They beat our arse and nothing changes that. We won the game that mattered most to both teams but lost the one that matters towards bragging rights, the last one.

I don't look at that way. To be the best team, you gotta beat whoever is in the championship game and our coach brought the same game plan as the first meeting. Stubborn bastard.

The whole season would probably be a better shown than just the post season. Need to get the Auburn, Arky and Kentucky games in there as well.

Kind of LSU related, but I would love to see a 2005 Katrina 30 for 30. It would focus on the Saints but LSU would factor in as well.
