Throwing slants and screens would help. But giving up on the Oline after two games is not smart

Don't let them tard Patrick keep you from expressing your opinion. Being worried after Saturday is 100% justified to all but the blind pumpers. It doesn't make you a bad fan, no matter how much they try to make it so.

You know me, I’m not afraid to express myself here.
I don’t think Patrick is bad, he’s pretty level headed. We’ve had our moments where we disagree, but all in all I know he’s as passionate as I am. He knows what he’s seen out the offense, or lack thereof.
I think we all know the Orgeron experiment has the potential to explode like a chemical plant, but I’m trying my best to stay optimistic until I smell smoke. At that point I’ll grab a torch with you and ride that mofo out of town.

I don’t mind being critical when it’s necessary. Right now being fustrated with Ensminger is more than necessary. Orgeron is safe for now, unless he continues to let Ensminger bobble this offense.

You can cover a turd with newspaper, eventually it’s going to stink.

Just ignore it. We all saw the struggles on offense. It needs to improve, not even much or we’re in trouble. The defense and special teams can win us some close games, if the offense can get in a groove.

I don't know that it is a QB issue or even a scheme issue as it applies to the OC and OL . This seems to be a recurring issue as it applies to the WR corps. They can't or will not get open down the field.....the running game is not bad. Brosette got 137 on 19 caries and looked pretty good doing it and CEH looked pretty good

7/27 on 3rd down conversion

107th in the country in plays over 10 yards gained

112th in total offense

4.47 yards per carry, good for 74th in the country

6.6 yards per attempt, good for 92nd in the country

Same shite different toilet. Another year of crappy offense, crappy playcalling, and lies, and the CherriOs coming in to defend the mediocrity and say it's all good because we're 2-0. frick all of yall. This is the reason why we are where we are. Yall accept this bull shite and think it's not a problem when it's a huge problem.

There is always some excuse with this program. It’s always something. Until that mentality changes, we aren’t going to be where we want to be. Other schools have the same issues come up such as young players starting, players leaving for pros, attrition, but still produce. ULM rolled up 600 yards on that defense and don’t have anywhere near the resources and talent level that we have. I could understand bumps in the road for Miami as it is at minimum a legit top 25 program with a very good HC. Southeastern is an FCS team and not an elite one at that. No excuse for lineman not knowing the assignments after all this time, and consistently getting straight up beat one on one against this level of competition. No excuse for the poor play calling and lack of imagination to help your QB out when the O is struggling. Hope they make the necessary changes to the o line and pull it together. A lot of talent on this team for that kind of performance. No one is looking for perfection but a functional offense is not unreasonable to expect.

No. If you’re quoting Ed, he said it would be like 03 USC.

Just sayin.

I think more of the problem is Ensminger right now.

Which makes it o's problem, since he's the head coach. Ensminger was promoted to OC by o. They're tied at the hip, the same way Alleva is to o.

The constant excuses to absolve o of all blame needs to stop. He's been in charge since November of 2016. Or September of '16 if people want to include his interim time.

But o's the one that's calling the shots. The OC hire was his choice. It's time he put on his big boy pants and accepts the responsibility of a head coach. And it's time we, as fans, hold him to it.

We scored 24 points in the first half. We scored 0 in the second. I kind of feel like, just as with Miami, we weren't trying very hard in the second half, except that we wanted to run the clock.

Inexperience/injuries/suspensions have, no doubt, weakened this offense. I'm hopeful there is enough talent and room for improvement to hit our stride in the meat of this most difficult schedule in the country.

Hasn't ever seemed to be an issue for Malzhan, Smart, Saban, Lincoln Riley etc.

Excuses are for those who can not succeed.

None of which accounts for an offense that looked so inept this past Saturday.

In recent years teams have won conference and national titles with a first year OC and a first year QB.

"New" is not a hindrance. "New" is not the problem.

no I don't. I don't think we are going to see anything different. This offense is putrid and we are going to get JB hurt at this rate.

O lied just like miles used to. The only thing I would add is that if we are going to run this boring shite, we need to perfect the execution...if thats possible.
