I've been noticing since AnM, that we run the ball an extremely high percentage of the time on 2nd down. This is regardless of the distance. I attended the Bama game and said to friends that's been sitting around me a few years about this. By the second quarter they were baffled as well.

If my dumb self notices this sitting at home or 200' away in a stadium, you don't think a competent coach that studied your film and tendencies notices it? I didn't watch much of the game but maybe 5 drives.....I think there was one pass on 2nd down. You can't be that predictable at this level.

The routes also don't complement each other and stress the defense. There is always too many down field, or short rather than making the defense defend the entire field and finding the weakness and exploiting it.

Defensively we just don't have the D-line to compete and our safeties are so bad. Like really bad. Danny McCray was great compared to these guys. They fill running lanes like shite, which you could understand if they helped on the backend. Which they don't. Every deep ball they're 2-3 yards away when in cover 2. Zy is a stud. Stamps wouldn't look as bad if he had decent safety play behind him.

Tl;Dr: Sloan has ridiculously obvious tendencies and DL isn't ready and Safety play is as bad as it gets.

It didn’t start in the Bama game, it’s been going on since game 1. People just didn’t pay much attention because they were pulling wins out of their arse.

I never thought I’d say this but this offense might be even more predictable than the Les Miles offenses. And that’s really bad. Sloan needs to demote himself for being the offensive version of Matt House. Which is a dumbass.

That A&M transfer, Gilbert, is very bad. He cannot tackle as he bounces off when he tries to hit people. Last night when he blitzed up the middle and missed that tackle, the very next play they made downfield, he went to tackle low and bounced off again. Just complete horseshite. Why are we not playing Sears. Keys had an int. a 10 year old could have caught... dropped it.

I think you’re right. The OC might not be doing a good job, but there’s also a talent shortage

This really pissed me off. How can you go through the 2nd half of A&M and Bama last week and not be laser focus locked in to catch that int?! They came out lackadaisical from jump street yesterday.

Very limited play calling because of lack of talent, a lot of the players just can’t football.
