Meh. Not his fault. And you see running QBs come in games all the time where they pick up yards

Could you guys imagine in two more years when these freshmen are juniors? Enjoy the process!

Thats why I feel this is an incredibly critical recruiting year for O. This years class needs to fill in the gaps that are still there and then we should be well on our way to trending up as a program.

I'm most impressed with Orgerons ability to add a placekicker mid season through recruiting. I was told we had no kickers on the roster, but whoever that Culp kid was..,wow.., what a midseason pick up!!

Amazing. And beat a top 10 ranked team to boot.

That doesn't matter if you apply the same standards to O that you do to Herman

several that usually play didn't due to injury. This includes RSF also. Includes several starters on the OL and both our safeties.

Pretty spectacular coaching if you ask me.

what do you call Miss St. and Troy?

Get up for big games and then get asses beat by lesser competition.. sounds kind of familiar

LSU's participation report shows we played 60 players yesterday. 60!!

Yes, a lot of it was on Special Teams, but as noted previously, 26 of them were freshman/ RSFR.

Guys work their asses off year-round and want playing time. Kudos to our coaches for finding ways to have this many players plugged in.

It's a reward. It keeps them hungry and engaged. It's also a recruiting tool-- "we'll get you ready and in the game, even as a Freahman".

We played back-ups/ 2's at every position except QB.

This is a good thing!

Excuses Excuses

How dare you say such things. You're narrative is why LSU sucks. YOU, personally, are destroying the program by causing CEO not to be fired. YOU are the reason he was hired and the winningest LSU coach in history was fired. YOU did all that by posting such things on this board, which is NOT for posting ANYTHING positive about LSU. If you do, it is one of several things:

- excuses
- moving goal posts
- lowering expectations
- blind support of Orgeron
- you are just dumb, you should have railed on Orgeron
