1. This class of freshman is elite
2. Guillory is returning
3…… rumor around the street is that Harold Perkins is returning.

I think the 2025 team is going to be super talented. The one huge area of concern for me would be O-line so maybe Kelly actually spends this year in the portal because he convinces enough donors that the talent is good enough to be a contender?

Downvote away but Perkins and Guillory coming back gives this next years team some needed depth and leadership.

i honestly don't know if this is a good or bad thing because he more than likely will not be used correctly

We need a stud WR, Safety, and at least two o-linemen from the transfer portal. Do that, and things would start to look up.

There are going to be a ton of question marks on next years team, just like there was on this years team. Hopefully it turns out better.

I trust in the Blake baker process, I think it was only a matter of time before he figured it out this year Perkins just got hurt. I watched the same players progress in a lot of ways from last years defense

those are must-have first steps, but you're still going to need a ton of help from the portal

Maybe he will just play Burns role at Star end stay there. Practicing there during camp should help as well.

Anybody who questions if having Perkins on a college football roster is a good or bad thing should never be taken seriously again.

Coaches need to figure out how to use Perkins.....that experiment is getting old.

We also need more linebackers, a vet corner, a pass rusher, a center and a blocking tight end. Other than that we’re in great shape.

a vet corner,

I don’t think zy Alexander has eligibility left maybe one of Raymond’s 5 star corner is Freshman Stingley Jr? I haven’t watched the tape on either one.

OL will be worse. WR group doesn’t look experienced. Possible new QB. Will start 0-1.

Baker has a proven track record. If Perk does eturn I'd love to see him at the "star" position. His speed and athleticism are off the charts, his ability to blitz and cause chaos in the backfield fantastic. He excels in coverage. As far as the roster we aren't in near as bad of shape as alot of doomsday posters like to act. 24&25 classes are very talented. We do need 2 starting Safeties, 1 DT, 1 DE, 1-2 WR, 1 TE depending on Taylor, probably a starting OL. LB has a ton of young talent and Both Weeks bros return. I like th corner situation once the 25 class gets here. We definitely need portal help but we don't need a full 22

There hasn't been a Stingley level CB talent coming out of high school since Stingley lol. That said, both Pickett and Phillips are absolute studs. Both have a legit, realistic chance to start week 1.

One last year of him being an undersized tweener with no role.
