I haven't had this much fun to start a season since 2011. There was a feeling about that season that the team was going to be special and it was FUN (I'm talking about the start of the season, not 09JAN12).
Even 2019 we had PTSD and we didn't know what we were in store for, it became the best season ever, but even with the Texas win it didn't start that way.
This shite is FUN. I'm not saying we're going 12-0 or winning a Natty, but the fun is back in LSU football. I can only speak for myself, but I've been missing this feeling for 15 years.

Yea the start of this season is much like 2011 and 2019! I 100% agree!

2011 was awesome, I also agree that 2019 had that feelling after we came out and destroyed GA Southern, then beat Texas on the road. You could just tell those teams were different, just like this year. If we can come out with solid wins these next 2 weeks, ain't nobody stopping us.

2013, 2015, 2018, and 2019 all got off to very hot starts as well. Felt like we were unbeatable through 2 weeks of all of those seasons.
