Rhymes?
Katz?
Scivique?
Stevenson ended up being pretty damn good at the plate.
Those are just off the top of my head.
And you're conveniently ignoring the fact that they took every bit of life out of the bats in 2010.
You're clearly out of your element. Just stop. And take a remedial English course when you get a chance.

Not one of those players you mentioned were great hitters. But keep lobbing the insults a common staple of aperson who's outgunned in an argument

No matter how many facts people point out to you, you're too stubborn to even argue with.

It's truly amazing. The guy with the best single-season batting average in program history apparently isn't great.

What facts? That they hit .300 in college not one reaching even respectable slugging percentages or RBI totals it doesn't take a great hitter to hit .300 in college of course your standards are low a common problem with our new fan base

Raph Rhymes only led the nation in hitting and set the LSU school record
Katz was an all american and led the SEC in HR and RBI among other things

And what did rymes hit for his sr. Year? Very avg he did have a great year when he went over .400 but cpm killed that by batting him cleanup the next year. He had a great jr. Season but was not a great hitter throughout his career. Katz I'll give you he was a great college hitter so that makes 3 guys since cpm has been here.

Rhymes hit 360 as a soph, 430 JR, 331 SR.
He was 1st team all SEC twice.
He left LSU with a .373 batting average. I dont know what planet you are from but that is studly

Please keep doubling down on stupid. It's entertaining me.

Obviously you didn't see the hitters we had from the mid 80's to the early 2000s those guys could out hit pulmonarys midgets if they were using wooden bats.

Well, you're clearly trolling. A pretty good troll IMHO. I'll see myself out.

Winning a CWS championship is really hard, especially now. The weakened bats created parity. Coach Bertman's teams played in a different game. They created Gorilla ball. I believe the NCAA changed the bats because we were knocking the fricke out of it. Bertman, along with (to a lesser extent), Ron Polk awakened college baseball. Bertman proved you could make money with baseball. He was a trend setter. Now there's greater competition, more parity, small ball and pitching is at a premium. Here's hoping the pitching staff gets better and the young hitters do too.

It is hard but we are supposed to be a perennial power and our post season results don't show that. Ppl can blame the bats if they want but I'd like to see our rankings in terms of home runs and extra base hits compared to the rest of the country. We also don't develop mid week starters under cpm which kills us in post season play.

Smoke recruited:
Louis Coleman (He was useless until PMs staff helped re-invent his delivery)
Blake Dean (Was a pitcher at LSU until PMs staff made him a hitter)
Ryan Schimpf
Leon Landry (Recruited by PM)
Jarred Mitchell (Came to LSU for football, would've played for whichever coach)
Sean Ochinko (wasn't a full time starter)
Derek Helenehi (Played sparingly)
