I hate to make assumptions, but it’s probably not good if she’s been missing less than 12 hours, and the Shreveport police have already started a media blitz on her disappearance.

She was near Clyde Fant Parkway, so I’m assuming she was in or near the casinos. I’m not overly familiar with downtown Shreveport, but I assume the casinos should be safe with plenty of cameras and security around their premises.

While true about your assessment, however tPOS frequently lurk around and stalk casinos because people have cash on them. They stalk people leaving the casino and follow them off premise. Same as to how they stalk Mexicans because they always have large quantities of cash on them and set them up for an armed robbery or worse.
