It was only 1/2 tamu fans ans 1/2 lsu fans... So I'm sure they weren't "impressed" with us either, retard.

That said, a home-home series with them would be fun. I've been to Kyle Field before with aggie engineers in the oilfield, it was actually a very fun place to watch a football game as a neutral observer.

They were loud in the 1st Q and when they were ahead by the second Q they were not as loud by the third the 12th man was on his way to their cars. Ags got real mad at me when I said 12th man going home early.

"Grab your left one , boys" is an old, old expression to bring good luck. It was used when drawing a card in poker, or your horse is running 1st in a close race etc., etc.

The Aggies picked it up before my time (the 50's)and called it "squeeze" the left one for luck. In fact, there used to be a yell leader hand signal for the corps to squeeze, like when luck was needed for a measurement for 1st down for the Ags or the measurement to be short for the opponents.

I don't know but assume it started it's demise when co-eds came. I only see YL's use it for PAT'S & FG'S now. So Ags , grab your left one, Technicals are coming to Reed!! You don't actually have to squeeze it Ags, it is symbolic. Just act like you are.

Who knows? I would squeeze until I'm blue if it would help beat Knight. WEll, maybe not till I'm blue.

I sat down by the lsu band. I definitely wasn't impressed by the aggies. They only got up when something actually happened, we kept the festivities up all game long even when it was 10-0
How do you saw the horns off a tiger, btw?
ETA: and why on earth does the band run off the field? Dumbest thing I've ever seen.

I don't know ... we were section 337 and I really thought they were loud ... REALLY loud prior to kickoff and in the 1st quarter ... I was worried. I'll admit it ... And I think we were outnumbered 3 to 1.

This.

And they got loud a couple times early on. The yell leaders were running all around the field, getting the crowd pumped.

I didn't think much of the band either. All the crossing was kinda cool, but I kept waiting for them to get somewhere to start their show.... But that was all their show...

Their band was nowhere near as loud as ours. The crossing and everything was ok, until I saw a woman run right into another woman and made sure every aggie fan in my section heard about it.

I was 8 rows up from the field on the LSU side at the 30 yard line and I wasn't really impressed with their fans. They got loud at times, but they never chanted anything except when they got a first down or scored. L-S-U was being chanted throughout the night. All the aggie fans in my section were gone midway through the 4th quarter, except my friend who was with me
