One measure of which state has the most talent is looking at the NFL.
Bama was sixth overall. La. lagged behind them; do yes La. has less talent if you measure talent by using the NFL.

Can you back up your statement that Alabama has less talent than La?

Sorry. Not interested in getting into a pissing match with some idiot on a message board. You go loving all things Alabama, I'll go on being a fan of LSU (and FSU).

Let's agree to disagree and go our separate ways.

You have no clue. Admit you are wrong and call it a day.

And I have no love of Alabama. Just trying to correct your obvious mistake.

Sigh. Some people insist on being dicks.

Congrats on being some people!

LSU doesn't share in-state talent with another Power 5 school, let alone a Big 6 SECW school that has won a national championship and the SEC multiple times this decade.

They are in the middle of sec country, distance isn't as much as a factor to them as others.

Plus you can look at the draft and see states like Mississippi, Georgia and Florida all had more guys taken in the NFL draft recently than Louisiana.

There is enough talent in their state and bordering states to go around.

This is such a weird threat that this board loves “play for LSU or well make your life hell after the fact!”
. Nick Saban used it all the time. It is partly true though. Former Tigers are guaranteed a easy life in this state. Not saying it is right but it is a fact. A local goes and plays for Bama and then tries to come live and raise a family back in Louisiana. The job market won’t be so welcoming.

I'd rather have White than Moses.

1. Why would you do that after you’ve already left the state
2. That’s such a lie. So if a former player comes back with a degree from a university that’s academically superior to any public school in LA, he won’t be able to get a job? You know that not every single person in this state even follows LSU? There’s plenty that don’t and plenty that are alumni of out of state colleges SUCH AS ALABAMA!

How is it any different then the 1000s of residents that leave Louisiana every year for better opportunities?

They can’t accept the fact that Louisiana sucks as a state and offers little to nothing for the future. It’s all about living in the moment here. Yeah it’s cool short term, but when it comes time to make long term decisions, no way LA is taken seriously. It’s right there with Arkansas and Mississippi. 4 years is enough. Come here have fun and get out.

You are ignoring the fact that Nick Saban was famous for using that tactic during recruiting while at LSU. It’s not a secret and I bet he does the same thing now in Alabama. Sure they can get a job. I am just saying that former Tigers don’t even have to look for a job after their playing days.

How’s your Bolden fan club coming along? Signed up many Bama fans yet? Saw they moved him to DB. Next move will likely be to Tech or ULM.

Looking forward to him scoring his first TD for the Gumps, so I can enjoy your daily posts.
