Let me put it another way....'dukke vag' says: "GO ARKIE! I hope the refs throw twenty penalty flags...." and you can then turn around and say "I was only joking." But if 'dukke vag' says: "GO ARKIE! I hope Les chokes embarrassingly and LSU loses so we can get rid of him", then NO-ONE would believe you if you said "I'm only kidding."

OP is doing his job as the troll/alter so being mad at him is pointless. But the rest of you...wow. We have a fanbase full of pussies.

sounds like something you'd say, or is it something you've said already?

Just to piss somebody off... Like YOU. Get a spine dude. Its a message board.... Bottom Line is that the refs did NOT cost LSU the game. And this troll[op] has started 20 some threads about the refs since sat. Night.... Its quite sad actually....

The rant is in dark times when there are a influx of posters agree with this troll OP

Would you a least admit their calls played a factor in the outcome?

Difference between Alabama and LSU
When Alabama gets a personal foul near the goal line, they nut up and deal with it
When LSU gets a personal foul near the goal line, we put that waste of an offense out on the field, play for a field goal, and then constantly whine about the call

LSU throws against Clemson and loses: rant melts.
LSU runs against Bama and loses: rant melts.
Proves what I said all along, the rant is results driven analysis. It doesn't matter what is done, it is always wrong with the benefit of hindsight.

The PF was massive it was the wrong call and it changed the likely hood of a TD to the likelyhood of a FG
It's one thing if Bama was better that night but they clearly were not.
if LSU was undefeated and #1, the melt would so great that I believe the these officials should fear their lives

You are right. They should be held accountable for doing a poor job but voicing that on TR won't get anything done. Use the outrage and despair constructively and start a grass roots campaign to clean up officiating across the SEC and college football.
I also agree with the losing your job for being bad at it but unfortunately sports are outside of the realm of normalcy for jobs.

play for a field goal
Against the BAMA defense and they way the LSU Defense was playing, this was a good strategy IMO. What lost the game was the squib and execution on Defense in the final drive. But, give credit to BAMA. They just executed better on O than we did on D in that final drive.

This was from a couple weeks back. Maybe deserves it's own thread. But I'll post it here.

FTR, do I think the refs prevented us from winning the game? No...but is it that hard to understand why to some, it sure as hell seems as if the officiating made it an uphill climb, when ideally it should not ever be such a bone of contention? And, you know that bone sticks in the throat and chokes us just a little harder when it seems to be a recurring nightmare...(PP WAS in bounds, ya know?)
I think the telling part of this conversation is your admission that you say things just to piss people off....I know, you think you have a duty to portray this character for our amusement, but really, it's tired....give it a rest.

I will say this...The PF should not have been called in that situation in the game, BUT the LSU player should have kept his head on straight in that situation.. IF the PF is not called. Who knows if LSU scores a TD or not..Even so,the refs did NOT kick the ball out of bounds and give Bama great FP.

Ok I will give ya this... But more on here whine about what the refs did than talk about the poor execution of LSU'S offense.... That is them wearing P & G glasses and not being able to deal with reality.....

1. Pass was a completion.
2. May be ticky tack, but when you just got the game winning turnover you need to take the high road.
3. Probably should have been called but likely missed / not called by officials a number of times. Also, not what cost us the play.
4. Legal defense.
5. Made up later, which was better for us. First call didn't hurt us.
6. Don't remember anything obvious. No video evidence.
7.
Have no idea what you are talking about. Spots seemed about right on every play.
8. Don't remember them and a face mask falling off seems to be happening with regularity now.
9. They were PI's.
10. Dupree was out of bounds.
You guys are nuts with this ref conspiracy thing.

As was the downed punt that led to Yeldon's fumble. The player's momentum took the ball over the plain of the goal line.
Actually, the moment he demonstrated possession the ball was dead. He did this at the 1 yard line. His momentum has zero to do with possession, therefore it is irrelevant to the play. He is not a WR who must maintain possession through a fall for the pass to be complete.

You would have went for the TD in that situation?
I assume you mean we should have thrown... You would risk stopping the clock?

This is a still frame from the middle of the push, WR has not fallen down yet, and the ball has been thrown. That's not legal defense.
Also, the punt downed at the 1 yard line with our guy falling into the endzone was ruled correctly. The one ruled a touchback was terrrrrrible
