I’d be shocked if Michigan kept it within one score

I expect it to be more competitive than last year but Michigan isn't elite

First road test for the buckeyes all year and as of right now it's supposed to rain all game. Their 2 worst halves - 1st half vs wisky and 2nd half vs Penn st- were in the rain. Michigan's best game was in the rain vs ND

How is everyone cheering for an OSU loss but also crying like babies at the prospect of Bama sneaking into the playoffs? You know how Bama gets in? By people in front of them losing.

I believe Bama's only chance of sneaking in is with us beating Georgia.

You're right. LSU has to beat Georgia for the Tide to have any possibility of playing a significant game in January.

Alabama has to be pulling for LSU to beat Georgia. If the Dogs win then Bama sits this one out. An LSU victory at least gives the Tide a chance.

Georgia wins and they're in and there is no way Bama jumps LSU.

Of course, I'm discounting the bizarre happening like OSU, Clemson, and LSU all losing this week and in their conference championship game.

Where will #1 and #2 play? Fiesta or Peach? I'm assuming the CFP committee will assign playoff game venues that DO NOT favor a convenient travel scheme for #1 or #2 fan base. By that, I mean it's unlikely that LSU will go to the Peach since it's an easier trip to Atlanta than Glendale.

Based on expert advice from Jimmy down at the barbershop, LSU will play in Fiesta (if both Ohio State and LSU win tomorrow)

6 Weeks ago I would have called you crazy.

Michigan has gotten better every week. They are a long way from that Army game. That being said, I'll just disagree. I think OSU wins a game that the score makes it seem like it was closer than it really was. 31-16.

It's my understanding, and I could be wrong, that the number one team selects their venue of choice to [play number four and number two and three play in the other semifinal bowl.

I still expect LSU to be number one.
