I don’t think they will show him at all. He’s erased himself. Pretty sad. They’re clowning him on signs in the quad.

Maybe maybe not. Those would fall under copyright laws and LSU owns the copyright to all of his imagery from when he was at school. That usage wouldn’t be for monetary value so the cease and desist doesn’t mean shite when it comes to that.

A cease and desist letter is worth the paper it’s printed on. You have to actually sue, got to court, and win.

His attorney’s letter cannot compel LSU to remove him from their history as a program. LSU can continue to tell everyone he played at LSU, won the Heisman, and show highlights/photos from his time here. They cannot, however, sell a jersey with his name on it (as an example).

They should run the highlights but insert a black shadow where Jayden would have been. Add a disclaimer at the bottom: archival footage altered after player demands
