Kiffin mentioned that Ty primarily played the Star position with Spears out and had 2 freshman safety’s back there. Thomas and Delane? Or was there someone else?

I know Jhase Thomas played a good amount. He was in on a couple tackles and had a pbu. They only scored two field goals so he was doing something right

I saw Cooley a lot in the game. Lane mentioned in presser that they had 2 freshman safeties back there.
