Yep. I recently sold my 17Pro and went back to an old 12Mini. No social media, never really on my phone anymore. I don't have a hard rule at what time I put it down because I don't really need to.

It’s a solid routine. During the week I’m in bed by 9pm. Cell put away at 8:30pm. Up at 4:30am.
