Gentlemen it’s time to prepare for battle

The media, the SEC rant, and the trolls are preparing to go on the offensive today. It is grinding them that LSU would be able to walk into Oxford and pull the ole Miss head coach during one of their best seasons ever.
They are going to tell you LSU is classless, lane is a PoS, we’re a school with no standards, etc.
My response - embrace it. These are the same people that told you LSU is broke, that LA is a raging shithole, that no one would ever come coach in BR, and even if they did we couldn’t steal enough money from a children’s hospital to pay them.
These are the same people that danced up and down Tiger stadium during the A&M game and played callin Baton Rouge in vaught Hemingway after the ole Miss game.
They have criticized everything LSU has done whether it was by the book or not. They long to see LSU have a circus clown at head coach and our program be a punching bag.
I say frick them all.

Exactly. Everyone has spun themselves up that LSU is broke, Louisiana is broke, LSU alumni all live in the ghetto and make no money etc.
They’ve controlled the narrative and they’re losing the grip on it.

The "classless LSU fans" BS is getting tiring. Every fan base has got their fair share of A-holes, but every LSU fan that I personally know is good people.
It's fascinating to see how this all plays out, but with y'all's recruiting footprint, every SEC school should be concerned. I can see y'all going on an incredible run.
Kiffin seems like he has matured a lot in the last few years. I'm scared and happy for y'all at the same time.
