Only worry now is it’ll be harder to get guys from MS because of the coaches and how they use WR/ offensive styles at ole miss and miss st. Any WR we don’t take out of our highly recruited guys probably end up in miss.

Shea expects 4. Think 5 could sneak in with the right guys.

They will have to turn away some stud receivers. LSU is still in the mix for Emeka Egbuka, Jacorey Brooks, and Mario Williams.

O is also in constant contact with Emeka Egbuka, 5* - #1 WR in the country in 2021.

I think Pazon is going to move up the rankings before this year is over. He's a really good one.

Five WRs in one class is a hideous mistake. First, it virtually guarantees that at least two will transfer. Second, it means you only have 20 spots for all the other positions. Recruiting classes should be balanced every year. Three WRs in each class unless there are special circumstances, like this year’s abundance of talent, and then go with four.

I don't think we take six.

Goodness I hope not. Six in my opinion is overkill. I think 4 is to many. I believe this simply because there are just to many other position to fill to limit non-receiver schollies this much will lead to holes.

since there are:

-7 wr in the top 15
-and we only need 3 or 4 wr
-and there are only 2 safeties in Sage Ryan & k Williams
-with no CB in the top 15 of Louisiana........

Are any of these wr adept at playing cornerback? We only need two CB next year, but I’d love to keep Louisiana players that are good cbs instead of relying on out of state.

ETA. This is probably a Clean question. And he can state their abilities at CB/hips.

since 7 of the top 14 in state are listed as WR's maybe some of them would make the switch to the defense side of the ball. Some have some good size for safeties while some others maybe at CB. That's to much in state top talent we would have to pass on otherwise

Not sure we take 6 guys at the WR spot, this despite losing a few from this past cycle

Does shea have a car or does he just Uber back and forth on I-10? No one from north LA?
